About the 10K

The 2012 Heart & Sole 10K is a USATF-sanctioned, professionally chip-timed road race, held north of Boulder, framed by the majestic Colorado Front Range foothills.  10K participants begin at the Boulder Reservoir and run a loop course around the Rez, turning east at Monarch, then south on the Boulder Feeder Canal path, onto the north and south dams then on to the downhill finish alongside the shores of the Reservoir. Runners and walkers are welcome and receive support from 5 aid stations along the well-marked route. View 10K Course Map
