On & Off Course Support
Aid stations, race officials, runner number verification points and course marshals will be located on both courses. For runners unable to complete the race, sag vehicles are available to return them to the start. Emergency radio communications, portable toilets, and Band-Aids will be available at all aid stations on each course. A medical tent will be set up at the finish line, staffed by Pridemark. Two Pridemark EMT bikes will also be on course, to provide on-site aid if needed.
Official aid stations, placed approximately every mile beginning at Mile 2 on each course, will be stocked with Eldorado Artesian Spring water, HEED electrolyte drink, and sponges. Power gel, pretzels, bananas and Jolly Ranchers will also be available at the 3 mile aid station, and also at Mile 4, Mile 6, and Mile 11 on the half marathon course, in addition to Eldorado Artesian Spring water and HEED electrolyte drink.
