This was my first half marathon. I found the organization and on course support excellent, and the scenery stunning. All in all, I'd strongly recommend this race!
Nice event -- good support, great goodies and food, nice volunteers, nice route. A bit tough on the legs if you're used to other surfaces. Would have been nice to have started a bit earlier -- got hot quick. Still, will definitely do it again next year.
Well organized race. The goodie bag was awesome and they had water at every mile marker which was perfect for such a hot day. Mostly dirt race which was perfect.
Fun race, the course is great, combination of dirt roads and asphalt roads. Well-organized, on time, GREAT goodies after the race, beautiful location. Get a shirt, hat, and socks, what a deal!
